Welcome to AwStore! By accessing or using our application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Overview

AwStore is a digital platform that allows users to:

Publish eBooks and digital art (for Sellers).
Purchase published eBooks and digital art.
View purchased eBooks within the App (in-App reading only).
Download purchased digital art files.

2. Account Types

Users may register as either:

Seller Account: Enables users to upload, buy, view (eBooks), and download digital art.
Customer Account: Enables users to buy, view (eBooks), and download digital art.

Users must be at least 8 years old or have legal parental consent to register.

3. Publishing and Revenue Sharing

Users with Seller Accounts may upload original eBooks and digital art. By uploading content, Sellers represent and warrant that:

They own all necessary rights or have authorization to distribute the content.
The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

Revenue Sharing Model:

Sellers receive 75% of the net proceeds from each sale.
AwStore retains 25% as a service fee.

4. Purchasing and Content Access

Users can purchase digital content through the App. Upon purchase:

eBooks can only be viewed within the App (no downloads).
Digital art can be downloaded after purchase.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. Content Usage and Restrictions

Purchased content is for personal use only. Users may not:

Distribute, resell, or sublicense any content obtained from the App.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent technical restrictions (e.g., screenshot prevention, DRM).
Modify or create derivative works from the purchased content.

6. Payments and Fees

Transactions are processed via third-party payment processors. Users agree to the terms and policies of these processors.

AwStore reserves the right to change commission rates with prior notice and will apply new rates only to future transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks on AwStore are the property of their respective owners. AwStore retains all rights to its brand, design, and interface.

8. Termination

AwStore may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, infringement, or abuse of the platform.

Users may delete their accounts at any time, though purchases and data may not be recoverable.

9. Limitation of Liability

AwStore provides the App and services "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s functionality, availability, or the content provided by Sellers.

AwStore is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, except as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
